Small Groups, better than any other structure at the Ventura Vineyard, afford newcomers and existing members alike an entrance into the community life of the church; so that they can participate with others in growing together in Christ. They provide a place of "family", where members can gain a sense of belonging, and genuinely share their life together. A Small Group is a safe place to give and receive ministry. Thus, it is the first line of pastoral care. More over, Small Groups provide an opportunity for dialog, asking questions, and expressing opinions.

Small Groups are now on a break, but will start up again in January. These small groups are located throughout the county and are a great place to make friends and grow in your faith. If you want to get more connected, build meaningful relationships, and participate in one another's lives; these groups are for you. Check one out from the listing below! Some groups follow the current sermon series. Some meet as book studies, or for fellowship. Choose the one right for you!

Small Groups, here at the Vineyard, are a relaxed gathering of 6-15 people, single and married, who are learning to become committed to each other. The life of a Small Group centers around a weekly meeting, where those present typically spend about 1.5 to 2 hours together. The primary purpose of these meetings is not only to discuss the week's message, but to have fun, to get to know one another better, and to pray for the varying concerns of the group.
